About CompareFlights

CompareFlights (compareflights.co.in) is a flight price comparison service operated by The Media Flow Ltd (Company No. 06769171), a company registered in England and Wales with a registered office in Leicester, United Kingdom.

We are not a travel agent, an airline or a booking service. We do not hold your booking, accept payment for flights, or enter into any contract with you for travel. Our role is to gather and display flight price information from third-party partners and to direct you to their websites, where you can complete your booking.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accuracy of prices

Flight prices displayed on CompareFlights are indicative only and are shown in Indian rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. They are obtained from partner data feeds, including Travelpayouts and other affiliate networks, and are updated periodically but not necessarily in real time.

Prices may change between the time they are displayed here and the time you attempt to complete a booking on a third-party site. Factors that can cause prices to differ include:

Always verify the final price on the booking site before completing your purchase. CompareFlights accepts no responsibility for discrepancies between prices shown here and those charged by third-party booking platforms.

Affiliate relationships

CompareFlights earns revenue through affiliate commissions. When you click a link on our site and subsequently complete a booking on a partner site (such as an airline, an online travel agent or an activity provider), we may receive a commission payment from that partner.

This commercial arrangement does not:

Our affiliate partners include Travelpayouts and Viator, among others. We are committed to providing accurate and impartial price comparison regardless of affiliate relationships.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, data compilations, route guides, airport guides and editorial copy — is the property of The Media Flow Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute or commercially exploit any content from this site without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (for example, printing a page for your own reference) is permitted.

Where content references or links to third-party sites, those sites retain their own intellectual property rights and we make no claim over their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Media Flow Ltd shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a dispute with a booking made via a third-party site, you should contact that company directly. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Consumers in India

If you access this site as a consumer in India, nothing in these terms removes or reduces any non-waivable rights you have under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Because we do not sell flights and take no payment from you, any consumer dispute about a booking lies between you and the airline or travel agent that took your payment — not with us.

For air-travel grievances against an airline, the Government of India operates the AirSewa portal, and air-travel matters are regulated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Passenger rights for flights to and from India are set out in DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), Section 3, Series M — these are India's own rules and differ from those of other countries. Our passenger rights guide explains them.

Governing law

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where the operating company is registered, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction. This does not deprive a consumer resident in India of the protection of mandatory provisions of Indian law that would otherwise apply.

If you are accessing this site from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the site complies with the laws that apply to you where you are.
