Our role is to gather and display flight price information from third-party partners and to direct you to their websites, where you can complete your booking.

Flight prices displayed on CompareFlights are indicative only and are shown in Indian rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. They are obtained from partner data feeds, including Travelpayouts and other affiliate networks, and are updated periodically but not necessarily in real time.

If you access this site as a consumer in India, nothing in these terms removes or reduces any non-waivable rights you have under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Because we do not sell flights and take no payment from you, any consumer dispute about a booking lies between you and the airline or travel agent that took your payment — not with us.
For air-travel grievances against an airline, the Government of India operates the AirSewa portal, and air-travel matters are regulated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Passenger rights for flights to and from India are set out in DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), Section 3, Series M — these are India's own rules and differ from those of other countries. These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where the operating company is registered, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction. This does not deprive a consumer resident in India of the protection of mandatory provisions of Indian law that would otherwise apply.
