Real people read every email. We aim to reply within two working days. Use a clear subject line below so your message lands with the right person first time.
We are a small team and prefer email to forms — it reaches the right person faster, leaves a clean record, and lets you attach screenshots if something has gone wrong on the site. We do not run a contact form, because we do not collect personal data.
Whatever you are getting in touch about — a general question, an editorial correction, a data-protection request, a partnership or press enquiry, or a suggestion — send it to the address below. We aim to reply to everything within two working days.
[email protected]When emailing, please include the URL of any specific page you are referring to, and a clear subject line so we can route it quickly. Suggested subject lines: "Correction" for an editorial fix, "Data request" for a privacy or DPDP Act query, "Partnership" for commercial enquiries, "Security report" for a vulnerability and "Copyright complaint" for IP issues. We do not require you to verify your identity for general enquiries, but we may ask you to do so for a data request.
CompareFlights is a comparison and information service — we do not sell flights, take payments or hold reservations. If your question is about an existing booking, please contact the airline or booking site you bought from.
For complaints about an airline's handling of a flight, India's air-travel regulator is the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), and the Government of India runs the AirSewa grievance portal at airsewa.gov.in. For broader consumer disputes, the National Consumer Helpline is reachable via the consumerhelpline.gov.in portal.
These bodies handle disputes with airlines and sellers. As we neither sell flights nor take payment, they are the right route for booking and flight-service complaints — not us.
For formal correspondence — legal notices, regulatory enquiries or supplier paperwork — please write to the registered office of our operating company.
For privacy or routine business questions, email is significantly faster than post. We do not run a public-facing customer-service phone line — keeping overheads low is part of how we keep the site free to use.
Our India edition content is written and reviewed in-house at The Media Flow Ltd, the same team that runs the wider CompareFlights network. See the About page for the full operating background.
For security vulnerability reports — XSS, broken access controls, exposed data, anything that puts a user at risk — please email [email protected] with the subject line "Security report" and steps to reproduce. We will triage within one working day. We do not currently run a paid bug-bounty programme, but we will publicly credit reporters who follow responsible disclosure.
For copyright or trademark complaints, email the same address with the subject line "Copyright complaint", a description of the disputed material and the URL. We respond to legitimate notices promptly.
